Royal Grammar School wanted to upgrade their coffee machine provider, to reduce the amount of call outs they were logging with a previous machine supplier. As a prestigious private school, they also wanted to extend the premium experience to the refreshments on offer, for all staff and sixth form students to enjoy.

With staff on varied teaching schedules, and sixth form students studying on separate free periods, Royal Grammar School Newcastle can now fuel anyone at any time of day with high quality self-serve coffee machines.

There is something for everyone, including free hot chocolate, lattes and more on offer at the school, adding a new level of satisfaction. The drinks also play a vital part in encouraging both students and staff members to take well-needed breaks, improving focus and concentration, whilst providing an opportunity to build relationships in between lessons.

And, with the easy-to-manage, reliable machines filled by the in-house facilities team at the school, breakdown callouts have seen a massive decrease compared to the previous supplier.

Suitable for busy environments, the sixth form common rooms are kitted out with four Krea Touch Bean to Cap machines, whilst the staff room houses two 9100 Bean to Cup machines; both filled with premium Lavazza Expert beans, reordered with the simple click of a button via the online shop.
